You will be pleased to hear about an exciting new Structural CAD Technician role with a very well-established engineering consultancy in the Cambridge area working on a variety of projects including, mainly residential work from the small to the medium, working on high end individual units right up to a multiple of units in a scheme. On top on this they work on education and commercial projects in the Cambridge area.

The successful Structural CAD Technician will be:

• At least 5-10 years experience in a similar role
• An expert within AutoCAD
• Used to working to a timely manner and hitting deadlines
• Knowledgeable on how a building goes together from a construction standpoint
• Experienced enough to work with minimal supervision
• Motivated to learn and help the business grow

For this Structural CAD Technician role, you do not need to know how to use Revit, however, being an expert in AutoCAD is a must.
