Our client is a leading construction company based in the heart of London. They're now seeking to recruit an experienced and skilled electrical quantity surveyor for their team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for someone with extensive experience as an Electrical Quantity Surveyor, who has excellent knowledge of managing costs on projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling all aspects related to commercial management while ensuring that works meet the required standards within budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities:

- Take full responsibility for assigned contracts
- Prepare tender documentation including bills-of-quantities (BOQ)
- Review contract documents before submission
- Manage subcontractors' accounts, valuations & payments
- Monitor project progress against budgets

Qualifications Required:

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years' experience working as a qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer coupled with relevant qualifications such as BTEC/ HNC/HND/Degree level qualification(s) together with professional membership e.g., RICS/CIOB/RIBA/MRICS/ MCIOB etc.

Skills Required:

As well as being highly organised; self-motivated individual you must possess exceptional communication skills both verbal and written alongside confidence when dealing directly face-to-face clients.

- Good time management abilities

Salary Offered: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + package depending upon age/experience
