Associate Director (Bid Manager) - Public Sector Business Development
Location: London
Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 DOE plus bonus

We are looking for a dynamic Associate Director (Bid Manager) to lead the Public Sector Business Development efforts. Our client is a renowned commercial and prime residential real estate Property organisation, established in over 70 countries. Your Role:
As an Associate Director (Bid Manager), you will play a strategic role within the expanding Public Sector division. Based in the London Head Office, you will work closely with senior leaders to support growth across sectors such as government, healthcare, and education. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and delivering compliant Public Sector bids, ensuring high standards of compliance and procurement.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding senior teams on the buyer lifecycle.
Driving innovative bid strategies and encouraging business-winning behaviors.
Understanding of strategic pricing, especially when dealing with hourly and daily rates
Educating teams on the latest industry thinking and best practices in bid management.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively to deliver timely outcomes.
What You Bring:
Extensive experience in successful bid delivery to Public Sector organizations.
Strong knowledge of procurement legislation, trends, and compliance requirements.
Expertise in strategic pricing and managing multidisciplinary bids.
Proven ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders.
Exceptional project management skills and a track record of delivering winning bid strategies.
Affiliations with industry bodies and ideally, APMP Foundation level certification or working towards it.
