Group Key Accounts Sales Manager - Hybrid
Location: Hertfordshire & Midlands
Salary: £55K to £65K DOE
Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for managing and growing key accounts? Our Client is an independently owned group of established businesses who design, install, maintain and monitor electronic life safety security systems. With ambitions to grow the business significantly over the next 2 years, they have a mission to provide an unrivalled customer experience and professional service. To help with this growth, we are hiring a Group Key Accounts Sales who will lead the sales team to success while managing strategic relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Key Accounts team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop strategies for cross-selling and upselling to existing clients.
- Conduct client reviews and manage key relationships.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to your team, promoting a positive culture.
- Create and maintain accurate market information for informed decision making.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in account management and sales leadership.
- Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Ability to analyse data metrics to identify sales trends and inform new business.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
