The London construction market is booming and good engineers are hard to find. 2. 2008–09### The credit crunch — and we came out stronger Where most agencies contracted, we held our nerve and deepened relationships. The clients who stayed with us then are still with us today. 3. 2010s### Going global — Dubai, Qatar, Singapore Billion-dollar hospitals in Qatar. Architectural marvels in Dubai. Key hires on top-secret UK ventures. Our fingerprints are on projects most people never hear about. 4. 2020–23### 50% average annual growth Data centres, mission-critical, digital engineering.
