Job Title: Associate Director / Associate - Building Services (Electrical)
Location: Birmingham city centre
Salary: £65,000 - £78,000 (depending on experience and grade level)


We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director / Associate - Building Services (Electrical) based in the centre of Birmingham on a permanent basis.

  • Work 3 days per week in a beautifully designed flexible workplace in central Birmingham (5-10 minutes walk from New Street, Snow Hill and Moor Street stations)
  • Work from home 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, grow and develop a team of highly talented and motivated engineers and technicians Positively contribute as a team lead, including mentoring and developing junior colleagues
  • Problem solve and apply the right solutions, while determining when innovation is best applied
  • Lead the design delivery for a number of medium and large projects
  • Project leader, responsible for delivering successful outcome

What you need:

  • A passion for creative and progressive design
  • Chartered Engineer, with a relevant academic qualification and career experience
  • Strong track record of leading projects to deliver building services design engineering for variety of building sectors, including medium to large scale projects across the UK
  • Good people skills, comfortable developing new and existing client relationships, both in terms of delivering excellence across a portfolio of your own projects, as well as identifying and winning new business.
