Your role as the Construction Manager - Data Center is crucial to keep the project within budgetary constraints and profit. Scheduling, cash flow management and building client relations will be the norm, plus onsite management everyday of the Data Center and dealing with any complex issues along the way. You need to be a problem solver that's for sure!

The Necessities:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 3 years direct management within Data Center industry
• 8+ years of overall Building and construction management experience
• Business Development and client facing exposure
