Are you a dynamic and experienced Structural Engineer ready to elevate your career? Join our innovative Client, where you won't just be building structures - you'll be building relationships. We're looking for an Associate Structural Engineer with a strong client focus to help drive forward our exciting projects and client partnerships. Applicants can be Senior Design Engineers looking to make their next step up on the career ladder.

As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will:
- Engage with Clients: Be at the forefront of client interactions, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, fostering an inclusive environment where your ideas are valued and explored.
- Mentorship: Guide and develop Engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Innovative Solutions: Utilise your engineering knowledge to propose innovative solutions that enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years in Structural Engineering with proven exposure in client engagement.
- Chartered Status: You must be a Chartered Engineer with a recognised institution e.g. ICE or IstructE
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Leadership Ability: A proactive approach to leadership, with the capability to inspire and motivate others.
- Adaptability: An ability to navigate complex project requirements and pivot as necessary to meet client goals.
