Sustainability Consultant

An opportunity has arisen join a Building Services Consultancy who are looking to expand
their Sustainability team by taking on a new Sustainability Consultant. You will become part of a
skilled team that will be working on numerous detailed design projects while assisting clients to
promote energy conservation and renewable technology.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Working towards or holds a degree in Sustainability, Environmental, Mechanical (building services) Engineering or similar relevant subject.
• Understand Sustainability standards and new incoming regulation changes
• On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor OCDEA
• Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (preferential but not essential)
• Minimum 9 GCSE's A - C, including Maths and English

Experience (preferred)

• SAP Assessments & EPC production, SBEM
• Part L Assessments
• PSI Value Calculations
• NDEA Energy Assessor Level 3 or 4
• Overheating Training (IES preferential but not essential)
• BREEAM literate (preferential but not essential)

Marketing

• Have a passion for Sustainability
• Liaise with external consultants and colleagues across the practice
• Have excellent written communication skills to produce reports for both internal and external parties
• Demonstrate the ability to deal with different workloads and challenges
• A good understanding of their product, the client's needs, wants and objectives
