Travelling Superintendent - Data Center

A leading General Contractor in Industrial Services is looking for a talented Travelling Superintendent to continue their drive towards growth and success in Hyperscale Data Center Construction.

As Travelling Superintendent, you will need to be on site to see projects through in the following areas: safety, compliance, site management of Data Center projects, scheduling within MEP retrofit and coordinating meetings.

You will be the key point of contact for onsite complications and therefore need to be a decisive, well communicative and level headed leader.

Duties:

  • Manage all phases of data center construction, including scheduling, crew coordination, and resource allocation across multiple locations.
  • Oversee the planning, procurement, and delivery of materials to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
  • Supervise on-site personnel, providing direction for staff and subcontractors.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, reporting on progress, and addressing any issues that arise.

Essentials:

  • Minimum 3 years Data Center industry experience in direct management roles
  • 6+ years of experience in building and construction management focus in MEP
  • Retrofit experience
  • Client facing exposure
  • Experience using P6 Software and being a hands on Scheduler
