The Structural Engineer, Varied Building Structures Opportunity

We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a Structural Engineer, Varied Building Structures with 3-6 years of experience to join a dynamic and innovative Building Engineering team in London. This permanent position offers the chance to be part of a multidisciplinary team of over 100 Engineers and Technicians, working on both local and global projects. This role provides a unique opportunity to thrive in an international, multi-cultural business environment.

Structural Engineer, Varied Building Structures Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the design and optimisation of complex varied building structures
  • Assisting in the production of models, drawings, reports, and specifications within budget and deadlines
  • Conducting analysis, design, specification, and report writing
  • Collaborating with other disciplines and in-house specialists to ensure project success

Candidate Profile:

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have 3-6 years of experience in Structural Engineering within the UK
  • Are working towards or have achieved Chartered Engineer status via IStructE, ICE, or equivalent
  • Possess hands-on knowledge of various structural forms, construction materials, design stages, and project sectors
  • Are proficient with Eurocode and major industry software
  • Have experience working on multi-disciplinary projects and collaborating within larger teams
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and experience in resource planning and management to achieve financial targets and meet deadlines
  • Must have UK project experience
