Senior Consultant - Smart Buildings & Places

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our client's Digital Advisory team, to help drive technology and information transformation to enhance financial, environmental, and social outcomes. Projects span a wide range, including developing smart city technologies in the Middle East, creating 3D data models for university campuses aiming for net-zero carbon, and boosting revenue streams for UK football clubs.
In this role, you'll help lead Smart Buildings & Places projects, advising clients on digital systems, developing technical deliverables, and supporting integrated design. You'll also mentor junior team members and contribute to the expansion of our service offerings.
Key Duties:
- Advise clients on digital systems to meet building or campus goals.
- Lead development of technical deliverables, from initial brief to specification and tender.
- Collaborate across disciplines to lead integrated technology design.
- Provide training and support to engineering teams.
- Contribute to the development of smart building tools, processes, and IP.
- Support work-winning and the growth of service offerings.
- Mentor junior staff and provide leadership across projects.
Skills & Experience needed:
- Expertise in Smart Buildings or real estate technology.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships.
- Experience in systems and solutions architecture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor landscapes.
- Knowledge of industry trends in real estate and technology adoption.
