Office Base - Initially 5 days in office

Witham, Essex

Do you have extensive experience as a Mechanical Engineer working within the Building Services?

Are you interested in working on projects across a range of sectors?

THE ROLE

As the Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a vital role in all stages of this Main Contractors projects from feasibility to completion across varying sectors.

The contract currently has no end date and is expected to be a minimum of 6 month's work to assist in the current heavy project pipeline.

ABOUT YOU

The successful Senior Mechanical Engineer will need:

• A minimum of 8 years' working within the Building Services industry.
• To be degree qualified either with a Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• To be proficient in the use of relevant industry software's, e.g. Revit, AutoCAD etc.
• To have experience carrying out surveys, feasibility studies, troubleshoots etc.

This will be an outside IR35 assignment.
