The Role:

The London office seeks a Structural Revit Technician to join their team, offering diverse projects ranging from international high rises to niche architectural endeavours. Working closely with the Structures Lead, the drafter will collaborate across various engineering disciplines, requiring strong technical and communication skills honed in a consultancy environment, with opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing supporting functions to the drafting team
  • Preparation of engineering design layouts and detail designs
  • Maintaining quality and technical standards with your work
  • Interfacing with drafters, designers and engineers
  • General design office duties
  • Essential to this position you will have:

Experience:

  • 2+ years structural drafting experience with BIM level 2 modelling and preferably in Revit
  • Experience and drafting capability in CAD
  • Have the appetite to grow into a team lead role and mentor the rest of team
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management and prioritising skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • A practical approach

Not essential but desirable to this position:

  • Professional qualification in a related field
  • ProjectWise Common Data Environment (CDE) experience
  • Site project or operations experience
