Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Salary: £35K to £45K DOE

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for customer service? Our Client is an independently owned group of established businesses who design, install, maintain and monitor electronic life safety security systems. With ambitions to grow the business significantly over the next 2 years, they have a mission to provide an unrivalled customer experience and professional service. To help with this growth, they are looking for a Customer Success Manager. You'll drive customer satisfaction, lead a dynamic team, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the customer success team to achieve KPIs.

• Manage resources to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.

• Provide insights using CRM data to enhance team performance.

• External systems support to customers to manage their compliance

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or a similar role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to analyse data.

• Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.

• Proven track record of meeting industry response times and KPI's
