Energi People are currently working with a leading electrical contractor that are looking for a Electrical Design Engineer to start up ASAP on contract basis Outside IR35.

This position is an immediate start and long term.

Role Info:

• Electrical Design Engineer required for LV power & lighting designs on a major telecoms project delivering 4G & 5G infrastructure to the London Underground.

• Will be responsible for producing high quality design packs consisting of but not limited to drawings, calculations, schedules, and specifications.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D, Trimble ProDesign (Amtech), Dialux, and MS Office required.

• Good communication skills, willing to take on responsibility, willing to liaise with external parties, willing to fully integrate into the team.

• Experience on TfL (specifically London Underground) projects and knowledge of TfL Cat 1 standards is a must.

• Expected contract duration 1-year, highly likely the role will be there for longer.

• Working locations in Central and South East London.

• 2-3 days per week WFH, likely a 1-2 week initial period full time in office to get set up.
