Position Overview:

The company is looking for a talented Structural Engineer with at least five years of experience in structural design and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in civil or structural engineering, coupled with practical experience in designing and implementing structural solutions for a range of projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the team of engineers and designers to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients.


  • Conducting structural analysis and design for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Preparing detailed structural drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop integrated design solutions.
  • Performing site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity and provide recommendations for remedial action if necessary.
  • Assisting in the mentoring and development of junior engineers and interns.


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., ACI, AISC, ASCE).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
