Data Center Construction Manager

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Construction Manager to join their team. You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects for their data center facilities. From initial design phases to project completion, the Data Center Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


  • Manage all aspects of data center construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of construction projects with ongoing operations.


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in the data center industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) are a plus.
