Energi People are currently helping a well known Engineering Consultancy recruit a Contract Commercial Manager for a 12-18 month contract assignment based in the North West of England.

Our client is helping to oversee the construction of a new build green hydrogen process plant based in Teesside.

On offer a 12-18 month contract with a start in late March / early April '25. An Outside IR35 contract can be offered with a day rate of between £500 to £550 p/d.

The successful applicant must come from a process background and previous experience of working on hydrogen based process projects would be extremely advantageous. If you have limited hydrogen knowledge, having working on projects incorporating other gases such as ammonia would be suitable. However, not having an previous experience of gas related projects would be your application can't be considered.

Our client is working to an IChemE contract so previous experience and knowledge of this type of contract with previous projects would be needed.

Applicants will ideally live in the North West of the UK, so easy access to site can be obtained. However, this role is primarily remote/hybrid with the requirement to go to site as and when needed.
