Senior Superintendent

Your impact to the business:

As the Senior Superintendent you will be required to provide on-site coordination for all phases of Data Center construction projects. This includes managing subcontractors, ensuring that work adheres to strict specifications, and keeping the project on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate will oversee inspections, quality control, job site safety, and be able to resolve conflicts while maintaining an organized job site.

• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants for timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties, ensuring compliance with contract specifications.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure all requirements are met.
• Identify and resolve subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Maintain detailed daily logs of on-site activities.
• Ensure all work is completed to quality standards, issuing non-compliance notices as needed.
• Organize and lead weekly subcontractor meetings to align project goals.
• Monitor site cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform job progress checks and address any completion issues.
• Manage multiple job sites if necessary.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

The Necessities:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of construction experience required.
• 1+ years of data center construction experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project).
• Experience with Yardi, Procor, and Prolog software preferred.
• Familiarity with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade).
• Strong ability to read blueprints and provide clear direction to subcontractors.
