Job Title: Associate Facilities Manager

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE

We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Facilities Manager based in London on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of Occupier FM's and ensure their development, performance and progression.
  • Oversee all site personnel across the portfolio, addressing performance and conducting annual appraisals.
  • Act as the client relationship manager for key client instructions, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
  • Ensure operational excellence
  • Client visits on a quarterly basis to review performance, resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead the mobilisation and demobilisation of properties within the portfolio.
  • Identify business development opportunities and leading pitches
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and Health and Safety requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual service charge budget
  • Own and oversee the service charge reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and completeness.

What you need:

  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • Proven track record with 5+ years of experience managing facilities across a diverse portfolio, including multi-site operations and large-scale commercial properties.
  • Experienced in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on developing talent, enhancing skills, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritising work to meet deadlines while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in preparing, managing, and reconciling service charge budgets, ensuring compliance with financial targets, deadlines, and cost control measures.
  • Strong background in facilities management within a comparable setting, with a solid understanding of operational best practices and industry standards.

Working Hours - 09:00-17:30
