Job Title: Business Operations Manager

Location: London, UK (Hybrid role, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in the Office)

Salary £40-£50K DOE

We are seeking a motivated and talented Business Operations Manager to give a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth and potentially evolve into a senior position. You will work closely with the leadership team and various departments to drive key initiatives, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of business processes. This role is pivotal for driving operational excellence and supporting their growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with quality standards, maximising the efficiency of all business procedures.
  • Establish KPIs and conduct quality assessments.
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws in health and safety and employment standards.
  • Build processes that meet business objectives and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment Officer to meet hiring needs.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential business risks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business management software.
  • Experience in the construction industry and knowledge of CMap software would be desirable but not essential
