Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an award-winning and well known, design and engineering consultancy.

We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor to work mainly on regulated process projects for example, life science or nuclear.

The role

The position will involve supply chain development, procurement strategy, tendering and evaluation, negotiation and contract management as well as T&C's reviews.

Experience

Experience in procurement and contract management/administration of goods and services in the construction industry

Being a key member of the project delivery team for a range of large complex projects.

You will need to understand and have used standard forms of contract (NEC4).

This role is based in Manchester with travel to the project site also and hybrid working.

MCIPS or MRICS would be preferred.
