A client of mine is seeking an experienced individual to join their team for an exciting opportunity working on a Grade 1 listed building in London. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mechanical engineering expertise for the refurbishment of a Grade 1 listed building.
• Collaborate with architects, conservation specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure the preservation of historical features.
• Implement innovative solutions that meet the unique challenges of working with heritage buildings.
• Conduct on-site inspections and oversee mechanical installations for the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Proven experience working on Grade 1 listed buildings and heritage projects
• Familiarity with conservation principles and regulations
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site for 3 days a week
• Must be able to work in the UK.
