Job Description: They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in both surveying and design. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are met.

Responsibilities as a Principal Structural Engineer,

  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects, from initial concept development through to detailed design and construction.
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess existing conditions, identify structural issues, and gather relevant data for design purposes.
  • Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions that meet project requirements and client objectives.
  • Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software and tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and integration of structural systems.
  • Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
