CAD/Revit/MicroStation Technician – Building Services/Rail

Energi People are currently working with an industry leading client that are looking for a CAD/Revit/Micro-Station Technician to join them on a contract basis outside IR35.

This position is an immediate start and long term.

Essential Information:

* Working on a variety of projects spread across building services and rail.

* Responsible for producing high standard engineering drawings of existing rooms and services from site survey information. These drawings are 'feasibility designs' which will also detail new installation and modification works within these existing locations.

* CAD/MicroStation is essential and experience in Revit is a bonus.

* Good communication skills, willing to take on responsibility and work as part of a smaller team.

* MEP consultancy/Contractor experience preferred. Rail / TfL project experience is a big plus.

* Up to 2 days WFH after an initial full time in office period.
