Our client is an award-winning MEP, Sustainability and Environmental Engineering and Design consultancy with teams of engineers, designers and technical specialists working across various sectors.

Engineer / Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer

Location: London

Salary: - £negotiable depending on experience

Working in partnership with our client, the team are looking to hire a Mechanical Design Engineer / Senior or Principal for the building services team based in London.

The role:

Designing / lead the Mechanical engineering on a wide-variety of complex projects, across interesting sectors such as Healthcare, Data Centres, Education, Science and Research, Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Defence and high-end mixed-use developments.

Depending on your seniority you will be mentoring, supporting and potentially line-manage more junior engineers.

Collaborate with colleagues as part of an integrated multi-disciplinary engineering team on projects.

Attend client meetings and liaise with suppliers and external design team members.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

Degree educated in a Mechanical / Architectural or Building Services or relevant engineering subject

Working towards, or Chartered Engineer (CEng) with CIBSE the IET or another relevant professional institution.

Experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer on projects in a multi-disciplinary environment in a consultancy.

Previous experience of healthcare or data centre projects would be particularly useful for this team.
