Energi People are currently recruiting for a Global Engineering Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Contract Civil / Structural Engineer to assist with Inspections on major Nuclear Building Facilities across the UK.

Your role will be to assist the Senior Structural Engineer to carry out Inspections on various Nuclear related building structures. Excellent communication skills will be required as a large element of this role will be report writing.

Previous experience of inspecting building structures will be required.

All applicants must be Degree Qualified from a UK University in an Engineering discipline, preferably Civil or Structural Engineering.

The role will be long term and a minimum of 24 months can be offered with the expectation that this could run on longer. The sites will be from the South Coast up to Northern England, so all applicants must be happy with elements of travel.

The successful candidate will be happy to split their time between office based and site-based activities.

Our client is happy to put all applicants through their SC Clearance, however if this already held that would be looked up favourably.

On offer is an hourly rate of up to £30 p/h with an immediate start available. Applicants will also need to hold a current and full driving license.
