Talent Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Energi People to join the business as a Talent Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer.

Your role would be to work closely with the senior recruiters in the business sourcing high level white collar personnel for Engineering firms both in the UK and overseas. This role will not involve new business development sales, however will involve using various methods to attract high level talent and sourcing candidates to join top tier engineering firms.

Successful applicants will receive comprehensive training on how to source and attract high end personnel, whilst building long term relationships with them. Energi People have access to a variety of sourcing tools that will aid your search and development. Our clients span UK, Europe, Middle East and the Americas so having some level of flexibility in working hours will be looked upon favourably.
