- Collaborate closely with directors, partners, clients, architects and various stakeholders from pre-bid phases through design completion to post-handover stages.
- Lead delivery of high-value educational projects (£10m-£80m range), ensuring exceptional quality standards are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new client relationships while nurturing existing ones for repeat business engagement.
- Manage project teams effectively- motivating and guiding junior engineers toward excellence.
