The Assistant Superintendent, you will be assisting the Senior Superintendent on site to take each project through to completion in these areas; safety and compliance, on site management of data center projects, coordinating meetings. In turn the Senior members will show you the ropes in a Data Center environment! You will become a Data Center specialist very soon!

The Necessities:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years Construction experience, required (No residential)
• 1+ years Data Center experience, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project)
• Yardi, Procor and Prolog experience, also preferred
