Bid Manager

This role is crucial for someone with a knack for enhancing client communications, acquiring project leads, and effectively integrating business development strategies with our overarching company objectives, specifically within the M&E contracting industry.

Core Responsibilities:

• Engage in strategic discussions with senior management to identify and approach potential clients that match our long-term business goals.

• Keep detailed and organized records of all client interactions to ensure a smooth management of the project pipeline and anticipate future opportunities.

• Prepare in-depth tender documents including but not limited to presentations, organizational charts, detailed methodologies, and responses to sustainability questionnaires to support the bid process.

• Continuously update and refine case studies to ensure they accurately reflect our most current business practices and successes.
