I am working with a top consultancy looking for a Senior Chartered Structural Engineer to join a pioneering team known for shaping iconic buildings and resilient infrastructure across the globe. About the Role

You’ll take the lead on a diverse portfolio of high-profile structural engineering projects—from cultural landmarks and major transportation hubs to cutting-edge commercial and mixed-use developments. Collaborating with architects, urban designers, environmental experts, and clients, you’ll push boundaries to deliver elegant, efficient, and buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the structural design and delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects

  • Manage project teams, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with external consultants

  • Engage directly with clients, contributing to proposals and business development

  • Drive innovation in design, materials, and digital delivery

  • Ensure compliance with international design standards and sustainability goals

About You

  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) with ICE or IStructE (or equivalent)

  • Extensive experience delivering large-scale structural engineering projects

  • Proficient in industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, Robot, Revit, Tekla)

  • Strong understanding of digital workflows and parametric design tools (e.g., Grasshopper, Dynamo)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
