Here at Energi People, we are working with an exciting, high performing and well-established business that can offer a great chance for an Associate Structural Engineer to help develop and grow this technical, design led and bespoke sized consultancy. With growth plans of at least 2 new members of staff over the next couple of months due to being a busy period for them.

The successful Associate Structural Engineer will have experience of running their own design-led projects with a bias on medium-large sized projects. It is vital for this role that someone can come in and immediately start performing. Our client works across, but not limited to, Commercial, Residential and mixed-use high-rise projects with some of the most well-known buildings in the world in their portfolio.

The successful Associate Structural Engineer will have:

  • At least 8 years’ experience of design projects
  • Chartered with MIStructE / MICE
  • Passion to become a focal part of a large business
  • Desire to be involved in management and development of younger less experienced staff
  • Strong technical ability through good experience in Residential and commercial projects
  • Ideally good experience in large scale RC Frame projects as well as all other main materials

A vibrant team of around 150 staff in their London office. Known for their close relationships with their clients and high technical ability and performance, not to mention their ongoing focal sustainability work.
