Autocad Engineer Job, Buckinghamshire

An independent building services consultancy has an immediate requirement for an Autocad engineer to join their team

Role Overview

• Produce, amend and issue drawings and calculations using Auto CAD to clients with covering letters/emails
• Liaise with clients, project managers and other design team members in a professional manner via telephone/email
• General project Administration assisting the Directors
• Producing 2DMechanical, Electrical & Public Health services drawings and schematics using AutoCAD

Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate would have worked as part of a team and would have had a

• Strong working knowledge of CAD/BIM platforms (AutoCAD / Revit) & Microsoft Office documents (3 years minimum of using AutoCAD Design)
• High level of computer literacy with a good working knowledge of a variety of computer packages including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, confident and professional manner both telephone and written
• Self-motivated with the ability to work individually or as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Problem solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
