An incredibly rare opportunity has arisen in the heart of Dubai for a technically gifted, client facing BIM Manager to join one of the most prestigious architectural & engineering consutants in the world.
Your new employer has an incredibly dynamic team that work on incredibly diverse projects across the MENA, UK, India & Africa. This role will offer you opportunities to progress & develop your BIM & IM skills.
This BIM Manager role is both an internal and external client facing role, that will see you overseeing and leading BIM, Digital & IM implementation on some incredible projects. Sectors include aviation, commercial and residential among others.
Your natural gravitas and ability to inspire people will see you supporting the team and advising clients to help achieve their goals. You will also be required to forge strong relationships across the business in the Dubai office and wider global teams in the UK, MENA & India.
You will help deliver the BIM and IM strategy, further develop the career plan, chartership routes and learning paths for the discipline, and provide line management and support the development and expansion of the team.
Outside of the technical fun, you will be involved in bids, project forecasting and work winning, and identify opportunities by engaging with project teams and clients.

REQUIREMENTS FOR BIM MANAGER ROLE
- Degree in relevant discipline (Arch/Civils/MEP)
- Proven experience in AEC industry
- MENA experience
- Demonstrable experience in BIM and Information Management
- Commercial awareness of BIM
- Experienced managing teams, ideally in different locations
- Proven experience in multi-disciplinary coordination
- Passion for technology, keeping yourself at the forefront of technology in the industry across BIM, IM & Digital
