Business Development Executive up to £45k plus OTE – Central London

As the Business Development Executive, you will work within the companies growing sales team to win new business, manage client relationships and push the brand name into the market. This role is perfect for a sales hunter, looking to sink their teeth into a new challenge and grow within an upcoming market!

- Generate new business within the UK Market with Monthly Sales Targets
- Establish new contacts and relationships with potential clients.
- Target new accounts, following up leads
- Research and develop new business target prospects and develop solid, strategic relationships with key decisions makers
- Implement a portfolio management and business development plan
- Coordinate business efforts with the local marketing team to qualify and convert appropriate leads into future accounts
- Develop and execute account management plans for assigned clients with the goal of increasing client revenue and identifying cross-selling opportunities
Experience & Skills
- Language: English (native/equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years B2B Sales experience within the UK market is essential.
- Previous experience working within the Virtual reality, Learning & Development or similar Technology arena is essential
- Previous New Business Generation experience and skills are essential.
- A Problem Solver, some who thrives at thinking outside of the box to overcome challenges
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
- IT literate and internet-aware
- Enthusiastic and willing to take the initiative
