Salary: £40,000 + Comms

The Business Development Manager is a vital function for the ongoing success of the business, the role entails pipeline generation and ongoing client relationship management. Focusing on securing new clients and enhancing the opportunities we existing contracts.

Your responsibilities and duties will include –

  • Identify, develop and close opportunities
  • Develop opportunities with existing customers base
  • Driving new customer relationships
  • Build a sales pipeline
  • Manage the sales cycle
  • Communicating new product developments to new and existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer support at every stage of the sales cycle
  • Understand the elements of the storage solution

As a Business Development Manager, you will have the following skills/experience –

  • Eastern European language in addition to English is required
  • A highly motivated self-starter who drives to exceed their sales goal each month independently
  • Previous experience in selling and negotiating IT equipment contracts
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Agile learner with strong action orientation and passion for success
  • Creative thinking and problem solving, agility and be able to collaborate with the team
  • Familiarity with CRM practices and excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Resilient
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve success
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Willingness to learn about the product and business
