CAD Engineer Job, England

We have a current opportunity for a CAD Engineer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.

You will be responsible for the production of AutoCAD/ Fabrication MEP drawings for all stages of the design but more specifically the pre-construction and construction phases of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Setup drawings and prepare them for the team to work on.

• Review project files for compliance with QA Standards/ Protocols.

• Produce accurate 2D/ 3D drawings and models of mechanical services.

• Create drawing sections and details to replicate a practical and serviceable installation on site.

• Co-ordinate drawing production in line with the construction program.

• Model and co-ordinate MEP services such as – duct work, pipework, cable tray etc.

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of Autocad, Naviswork and Fabrication MEP.

• Minimum of three years experience in a co-coordinator role.

• Experience of online document management systems (aconex) – Training will be given
