My client is a multi-disciplinary design consultancy within the built environment, and they are looking for a Change Manager to join the team. This person will be tasked with embedding a change methodology globally, to deliver to strategic objectives as outlined in the CEO strategy. To deliver change projects in the Design, Technology, and Innovation department in BH, with a focus on benefits realisation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Delivering change projects to the agreed objectives and methodologies used by the firm * Embed a change methodology in the firm

Ensuring the interests of the key stakeholders are met by the programme

Obtaining assurance that the delivery of new capability is compatible with the realisation of benefits Working with the Strategic Projects Office team to ensure that the work of the programme, including the scope of each project, covers the necessary aspects required to deliver the products or services that will lead to operational benefits

Working with the Director (SPO) to identify projects that will contribute to realising benefits and achieving outcomes

Identifying, defining, and tracking the benefits and outcomes required of the programme

Ensuring that maximum improvements are made in existing and new business operations as groups of projects deliver their products into operational use

Leading the activities associated with benefits realisation and ensuring that continued accrual of benefits can be achieved and measured after the programme has been completed

Establishing and implementing the mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured Taking the lead on transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and that changes are effectively integrated into the business

Preparing affected business areas for transition to new ways of working

Optimising the timing of the release of project deliverables into business operations

Ideal Candidate

Structured and clear project management skills, evidenced by 5+ years’ experience in a relevant role Leadership skills – demonstrate the skills and experience to lead projects within a mid size, international environment Communications Reporting and metric assessment, implementation Strong management and influencing skills

APMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent PM qualification
