The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for all culinary aspects of meal periods in assigned outlets. This individual will have a strong background in culinary operations and will lead the kitchen team. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with Stewarding Manager and Food and Beverage Manager to ensure guest experience is memorable and five-star.
The Ideal candidate will have some Caribbean/island/expat experience. Willing to sign 2 year contract. Fine dining experience is a must. Looking essentially for a Sous Chef ready for the next step with something to prove!
Due to work permit restriction those travelling single status will be given priority
