A fantastic permanent opportunity has arisen with an award-winning engineering consultancy based in North Kent.

Our client is a leading Engineering Consultancy that work across varying sectors to include Civils, Buildings, Mechanical, Electrical, Rail and have grown sustainably over the last 20 years. With over 100 staff they are a leader in their field and can offer an amazing place of work to help your professional career develop.

Due to an increase in demand from their clients they currently have a need for a capable civil design engineer to join their Civil and Structural team. The successful individual will be working predominately on the design maritime structures (ports, harbours, jetties etc…). Coupled with this you will also be required to work on various rail-based projects when the need arises (station redevelopments, platform extensions, bridge design, station walkways and canopies etc…). The work on offer is varied and exciting giving the successful candidate the ability to develop their professional career towards Chartership.

Our client is flexible with experience level and will welcome applications from degree qualified engineers with between 2 to 6 years post-graduation experience. Being technically minded and a strong designer will be a necessity for this role. Excellent communication will be a must.

On offer is a salary of between £30,000 to £42,000 depending on your experience. Our client can start the right individual immediately.
