If you are an experienced and avid Structural Revit Technician and can work independently to a disciplined time scale then this contract could be for you.

A very reputable consultancy are now looking for a Contract Structural Revit Technician with around 5 years or more experience for initially a 3-month contract but could be more, it will be fully remote and outside IR35. You will need to be a confident in producing drawings in Revit for their medium to large scale projects. Your communication needs to be clear and effective to liaise with the Structural Engineers. As this is a fully remote position or you can go into the offices (Midland area) you will need to be self-motivated and driven.

They work on projects within the residential, commercial, retail and industrial sector worth up to £500m in construction value, incorporating all main building materials – steel, RC, concrete, masonry and timber.

• Fully remote or office based (3 office across the Midlands)
• £32-£36p/h
• 3-month contract (this could extend)
• 5 years+ Structural Revit experience
