Contract Structural Engineer

A major international engineering consultancy based in Leeds is currently looking to recruit a Contract Structural Engineer with solid building structures design background, ideally with a minimum of 5+ years design experience.

The successful candidates will be working on a variety of interesting and technically challenging projects to include:

• High-rise projects in Saudi Arabia
• Sports complexes in the UAE
• Tall buildings in Europe that need seismic design
• A number of major complex refurbishment projects in the UK
• Luxury Hotels in the UK

The role will be a hands-on technical design-based role, focusing on delivery of engineering schemes. All applicants must have solid design experience in steel and RC.

Chartership would be preferred however not essential for this role, either MICE or MIStructE.

The role will be a hybrid working role from the office and home based.

On offer is an excellent contract rate of between £38-45 p/h for the successful applicant. This is an Inside IR35 assignment.
