A medium sized engineering consultancy in South East London is currently looking for a contract Structural Surveying Engineer to work on a hybrid basis!
The Company
This multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy has multiple offices across the UK and are looking for a Contract Structural Surveying Engineer to help with their report writing on residential based project. These alterations can cost up to £200,000!
The Role
As the successful Contract Structural Surveying Engineer, you will be:
- Report writing for residential properties,
- Doing site visits with fire engineers and concrete specialists to ensure projects meet new fire safety regulations,
- Involved with internal inspections for cracks and wall improvements.
About You
You will be working as a Contract Structural Surveying Engineer in this incredible company if you have:
- A minimum of 5 years engineering experience,
- Experience in surveying and report writing for residential developments,
- A UK driving licence and car.
