Director of Food and Beverage Job, British Virgin Islands

My client is seeking a Director of Food and Beverage to oversee all aspects of the Food and Beverage department. The Director of Food and Beverage Will be responsible for developing and implementing the operational plan for food & beverage, as well as being responsible for the smooth and successful running of all food and beverage outlets, as well as events held on property. It is essential that the successful candidate has previously worked as a chef.

This role will suit a Director of Food and Beverage who is able to develop and implement the F&B strategy in order to increase revenue in the department. You will also be responsible for managing guest satisfaction, training and development of your team, interact with customers on a regular basis and ensure that all outlets and events are managed according to the concept and company standards.

The successful candidate will have experience with both BOH and FOH operations within the F&B department including menu planning, procurement, hiring/training/development of team. It is essential that this candidate has worked as a chef within the hospitality environment previously and has at least 10 years of experience in a senior position.
