The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall security and loss prevention within the resort, ensuring safety and security issues are logged and solved. You will be responsible for the protection of staff, guests and assets and you will have to develop and implement the security programme for the property and enforce the codes of conducts for the hotel.
The candidate we are looking for will have at least 3 years experience within the luxury hotel environment, preference given to those candidates are currently in the Caribbean. you must be proficient with Microsoft packages, excellent written and verbal English, be able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have experience within a luxury Global brand.
