A mechanical and electrical contracting business, who are leading specialists in the UK market, are seeking a Document Controller to join them for a 12m+ contract.

About the role – Document Controller – Ipswich

Uploading/downloading all relevant documentation from the client which is installed onto EDMS software system. Quality checking each document to ensure process are adhered to, if any fail the quality check, notifying the correct employer/employee. Registering of documentation received/sent is added to the internal document register and updated accordingly showing which clients have been issued the document for review. Correct action of workflow is made on their EDMS software system to advise users of its current status.

Rate: up to £300 p/d

Project: Large Inverter Station

What you need

  • CSCS Card.
  • Have keen understanding of quality adherence and practised experience.
  • Understand the documents that you are processing as you will be a key part of the project.
  • Experience within the construction industry, preferably within a contractor environment
