Electrical Associate Job, Surrey

A well-established award winning building services consultancy has an immediate requirement for an experienced Electrical Associate to join their expanding office in Surrey.

You should have:

  • 10 years + experience
  • Be Chartered or Chartered eligible
  • Have experience working in the following disciplines; Healthcare, Commercial, Data Centres, Residential & Education
  • Be focussed on developing a strong relationship network and capable of providing new project opportunities for the company
  • Be proactive with a strong ability to work independently and without supervision and manage resources accordingly, including Client, project team and contractor interaction & management
  • Be able to lead Pre-Construction Engineering activities and the production of information including, design development, construction details and services coordination
  • Have excellent report writing skills
  • Have excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • An understanding of mechanical systems and design
  • Strong technical ability in all aspects of Electrical engineering services & design
  • A good understanding of construction contracts and project commercials
  • Cost management of projects and production of electrical budgets
  • Strong Computer Skills, experience in IES, AutoCAD and REVIT, Microsoft Office Software
  • Experience in a range of projects across multiple sectors
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Organised and adaptable with a flexible approach to work
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
