Electrical Project Manager

£70,000 + Package

Stratford (East London)

An opportunity for an electrical project manager to join a well established tier 1 M&E subcontractor who offer a very competitive package.

The right electrical project manager will be placed straight away on to a fantastic project based in Stratford which has an electrical value of £6million. The electrical project manager will have a great support network on this project with a project director above him and then site managers and project engineers below.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of labour and materials
  • RFI’s
  • Method Statements and Tech Subs
  • Manage Variations
  • Progress Reports and Meetings
  • Run the job to programme
  • Manage sub contractors and staff directly below.
  • Make sure health and safety is adhered to

Key Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • Black Managers Card
  • Excellent communication written & verbally
  • Track Record of delivering projects upwards of £4million
  • Good Leadership skills
  • Excellent Organisation
